Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products, provided:

  • Items are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer (unless the item is faulty).
     

Returning a damaged or faulty item?
We’ll inspect it upon return. If the fault is confirmed (not due to misuse or normal wear), we’ll refund or replace the item at no cost to you.
 

Ordered the wrong product?
Return it within 14 days, place a new order for the correct item, and we’ll refund your original purchase once received (postage excluded).
 

Cricket Bat Warranty – 6-Month Coverage
 

All bats are covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase, provided our care guidelines are followed.
 

Covered:

  • Manufacturing or structural flaws not caused by misuse
     

Not Covered:

  • Toe, edge, or shoulder damage

  • Use with bowling machines or poor-quality balls

  • Water damage, mistimed shots, or exposure to extreme heat/dryness

  • General wear, neglect, or improper maintenance
     

If damage occurs:

  • Send your bat to us promptly for assessment.

  • Free repairs are offered where possible.

  • If beyond repair and within warranty, we may offer a free or discounted replacement depending on condition and usage.

  • Refunds are not issued for used bats.

  • We’ll always get your approval before any chargeable repair.
