Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

• Standard Delivery (UK): 2–5 business days

• Express Delivery (UK): 1–2 business days

• International Shipping: 5–10 business days (customs delays may apply)

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.​

• International shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment.
   

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

If any item in your order is out of stock, we’ll contact you immediately with options to:

• Wait for restock

• Choose an alternative product

• Receive a full refund
   

Pre-Orders and Custom Items

Pre-order or custom-made items (e.g., Grip socks, Custom made balls) will be discussed when enquiring about the product. Generally 4-6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated on progress via email.
